I reside in upstate NY for most of the year but winter in AZ. I had contacted Gary Bush of SPEC Consulting from Groton, NY to provide plans for a very specific project. After the initial contact Gary Bush could not be located. After repeated voicemail messages left for him and several email messages I gave up hope. Apparently, Gary Bush or SPEC Consulting has all the business they need if they cannot get back to prospects.
