The firm claims to have a Satisfaction Guarantee - this is not the case. They will not accept returns on the blinds. They do say if you order the sample then you have more options... Which does not seem to make much sense to me, but i guess its worth a shot if you want insurance. The blinds are fine but not exactly the right measurment, so be prepared to adjust. They look nice but know that it is unlikely that you will be able to return despite all their banners and [false] claims.
