REMAX Realtor Very Unprofessional, Incompetent, Rude, Screws up paperwork

Dave Kaercher is by far the most un-professional realtor I have ever had to do business with. I do not know how he still has a license. He managed to screw up the dates on our contract 3 different times. This caused many problems both with our lender and the bank who owned the house. Then when we were down to the wire he refused to do his job and get the required paperwork from his client. When we called him the day before this critical signed extension was due he was extremely rude and yelled on the phone that if we wanted to sue him to "bring it on" to use his exact words. We did not even threaten that we just wanted our home closing to go through.

He was aware that we had already sold our home and would be homeless if this deal did not go through. He screwed up the details on almost every single piece of paper he touched. He does not answer his phone if you need something from him. The only way we could get him to call us back was by leaving a message saying we were interested in one of his listings, then magically he called us right back. Dave is short tempered, very unprofessional and does not feel that contracts are his job (he actually said those words during his phone rant). I would never do business with this man or the broker that employes someone like him ever again and I would warn anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Colorado Springs area to stay away from him.

You will notice if you search his name he is very internet savvy and has a slick website where he can post only the testimonials he wants people to see and also you will notice that he has kept his name and listing off of every site where people could post their own reviews such as yelp, yellowpages, dex. He does not want the truth to be told.

In this time where the real estate market is bad there are plenty of realtors that would love to have your business and earn their fat commission check with customer service and professionalism. Dave Kaercher is NOT that person.

I understand that real estate contracts and listings can be complicated and are alot of paperwork and I can forgive a mistake but Dave Kaercher did not make a mistake, he messed up everything he touched then got mad at us and was extremely unprofessional and rude. Dealing with him is a huge mistake with so many other professionals to choose from.
