Phil came to my home Saturday morning at 10:27am. He was pleasant and if course very knowledgeable about the company. Additionally he thanked my husband and I for our continued service to our country. He took a look around the property and came back in our home with a figure. Now before I go any further this was the 2nd time someone was out to our home providing a rate quote and the 4th time being solicited by their canvassers and customer service agents.

Needless to say we entertained them until they gave us a good quote. An agreement was made up until the agent I. The phone seemed to have a problem with us not financing through them. I was reluctant to give them my SSN but I did just in case we decided to finance through them. However, shortly after over his conversation with the lady I told Phil e would shop around because it doesn't make sense to run our credit if the project doesn't start until February. One of our financing options was to just pay cash for the project when the work began. At this point I told Phil that the agreement was no longer on the table and any pening transactions would cease.

I thought the issue was dead until I received an alert from Transunion and Equifax regarding an inquiry. I was furious because I knew who it was. I checked the alert to confi my suspicions and I was right - paramount builders was the culprit. Although it was aSunday morning I immediately left messages at the Fredericksburg and Manassas offices. The virginia beach office mail box was full.

I am taking action to inform the public of the lack of integrity and ethics paramount builders have. They fed of my federal job and the fact that I am a veteran. You can run people credit with our permission especially if the transaction is null and void.
