Automatic debiting of my account not authorized

The company sends a form to sign in advance of your anniversary date. This gives the impression that you must physically consent with your signature to a renewal of the service and the charge therefore. However, regardless of whether or not you return the consent form, they automatically debit your checking account on or about the annivrsary date. As far as I am aware, I did not consent to any automatic debiting.
