20.000 Dollars for sick plants that never grew or died, big promises zero results

Cathy Moore promised a spectacular lanscapinc scenario with a fence that would have protected the house and the garden from the street.
The plants she brought never really took off, they died immediately or later after few months
We spent 18.000 dollars plus the money spent in the attempt of remedying the hugely picture of a sick garden.
After one year we are still waiting for her to come and substitute the dead plants so we are now doing it ourself. I hope nobody will give her any job and that nobody's garden will look like the one she set up for us.
