Beware scamer! He is unlicensed in maryland. Add says licensed and insured and he is not in maryland! Robert leon chadwick took 12,000 of our money and after only doing 20 hours of work in 2 weeks and several lies and excused drung that time for being late or not coming at all, he left on a 3 hour lunch break n never came back. He told us once he overslept n came at 4 pm, had court for a restaining order from his wife and didnt come till 6, he said his electric was out which also had him show up late afternoon. When he did come hed stay 2-3 hours then leave for 4 hour lunch breaks (now we realize he went to other jobs) email me and ill gladly forward proof evesbow@hotmail.com

Our house was damaged by irene. He started on our secound floor bathroom renovation demolished the walls etc, but kept standing us up to meet at home depot to buy the vanity, tile, pant and other things that needed to be ordered. When my husband told him he had to go to home depot with me rite now, he packed up his things said he was going to lunch and never came back. We have since found out he has a previous judgement for over 11,000 that he hasnt repaid either. (look him up under maryland judiciary case search) he already paid a 1000 fine for operating without a contractors license and will most likly be going to jail nov 18th whitch is his upcoming court date. When we told him look we have 5 kids please just finish the work or repay us the money he told us that if we better not take legal action on him or he would acuse my husband of insurance fraud. Run do not walk run away from this guy. My husband is a police officer and he did this to us!
