For the last few years I have been paying $10 per month for a protection service provided by Advantage plumbing. Twice I have had emergencies and both times I have been told that it would be at least 48 hours before they could send someone. I signed up for this not to save money but to get immediate help in case of such emergencies. They promise to attend an emergency in less than 2 hours 24 hours a day. I was told I had to wait 48 hours so I called someone else who came within one hour. I paid $10 per month for the past few years for a service that they promised but could not deliver.
