Kevin Charmers Identity Theft, hand written letters sent in mail claiming to want to buy your property

This fellow uses hand written letters that claim that he wants to buy your home / rental property for cash. There is no return address. He provides his phone and email in the letter. He uses a phone that is traced to several locations. It is a voice mail that he can check at any location. He attempts to gather information over the phone, and email, claiming you do not need a Realtor for the process. Once he has your information he steals your identity and does as he pleases as you.
