Over charges, does repairs that don't need to be done. Total rip off!

I have a side by side refrigerator that when it gets hot or humid outside, the face of divider between the freezer and fridge gets warm to hot. I didnt know this was normal as designed to keep moisture from gathering and dripping on your floor. I called Speedy Appliance Services and their repairman said I had a broken relay and the cost was $350, $380 with tax. A new fridge is $1500, so I said yes. It took him 15 minutes and he replace my relay with a $6 one! I called Sears and they told me the warmth was totally normal and designed that way.

I should have known better because their repair truck has no name on it like most company vehicles. I asked the repairman about this and he said they do it so they can register as a passenger vehicle because commercial vehicles cost more to register and cant go on certain NY freeways. Steer Clear of these disreputable rip offs! At $380 per hr is almost $1600 and hour. For an appliance repair? Give me a break!
