Unfinished work and misleading sales

My partner and that I caught with Champ to set up a composit deck and also to additionally finish off some soffett work with us. The terrace work was nothing lacking a headache! We were informed that people were obtaining "commercial-grade" decking... Nicely the man which was adding it allow it to slide and informed us they get almost all their decking product at MENARDS! We're unhappy!!! We're able to have attended Menards ourselves and bought this terrace! We'd to babysit the man the whole method on creating our terrace, he quit an enormous amount he had removed from a large part of our decking together with his exercise and did not actually repair it. We'd to contact and also have them emerge to fix it, simply to need to contact them again for taking screws, that they haven't returned out to repair! Additionally, they never did appear to complete the soffett function! I named the Cincinnati Company office today to tell them of our poor experience!

DON'T deal with this specific organization for almost any type of decking function!!! We've their windows and enjoy them, but we delt with another part of the organization for this work three years ago.
