The operator is often silent on the phone, makes big pauses and can not provide any useful information

The owner is usually quiet about the telephone, makes large breaks and certainly will not supply any helpful info. After I contact that organization which is usually exactly the same owner who replies I've impact that my phone isn't accepted but instead frustrating towards the owner who's rude.

I called around Sept 15 to-order a product. The owner established them can be obtained and it is in Virginiais manufacturer. I put an order on September 21 online for that products mentioned generally ships in 2 - 3 business days. I named the owner on Friday 26 and got a solution that it'll be POSSIBLY delivered in a few days in Octobre

The owner claims to call-back later that week to possess extra information but doesn't supply any aid or help at-all to try and meet up with the objectives the organization put up on the site.

It's very disspointing and getting the owner about the telephone who's not accomodating client's issues it's much more annoying.

I'll need to stop my purchase!
