Fraud business: take money but never deliver appliances

I've a rental home in Vegas but I reside in California. I named the owner, Ralph Ehler (owner) mobile 702 406-3950, main (702) 454-5454 to-order 1 fridge, 1 machine and 1 dryer. I settled him thru telephone utilizing my charge card. I gave him the home tackle and my home manager telephone number. Ralph, the dog owner, in a period of time of just one month, he offered us 7 visits they never turned up and provide the devices. Whenever we called back, he offered all of the reasons. However they are unacceptable since if they can not provide, atleast he must contact us to ensure that my property administrator do not have to hold back for them in the home. About the last endeavor, I begged him to provide the things in my experience. He guaranteed but no show as normal. I've to contact my creditcard organization to-go thru the unfortunate procedure: stop the cost. But it's not it. Due to no devices for 30 days, I can't hire the home. Thus, I dropped 30 days lease as a result of this scam company
