Ordered newborn cap and hairband for my first great grandchild, took my money, and left Talia with nothing

On 30 July I went online looking for hairbands with flowers to order for the baby shower for my first great grandchild. The shower was the middle of August so I presumed that was sufficient time to get the order filled.
The shower came and went, a good time was had by all, but no gift from great grandmother. Since I do not live where my granddaughter does I have kept in touch with her via phone and email. Of course, at this time no hairband nor newborn cap has been received at her home, and the arrival of her daughter is imminent.
When I went online today to try to get in touch with the company I ended up with a very nice lady in Connecticut who has a beauty supply business which has nothing to do with HairBowPrincess.com, but her business is where the internet sent me. Not the first time she has received a call like mine thinking I had reached the company I did business with. She (Mary) is going to report this to federal authorities and so am I.
Both the FCC and FTC are going to be notified in writing by me what someone is doing. Am also contacting my bank tomorrow to see if they can be of assistance in tracking down the money I paid online to the crooks who are doing this.
