Builds the worst piece of junk i have ever seen and their contract will trap you beware

If you are going to buy a Mobile Home, DON'T BUY NOBILITY. We bought ours in 2006 and from day one everything was wrong. Their response, " we will fix it " Ya Right... 3 months later... They picked away at the smallest thing but the big things like the door not closing, then not opening, the floor creaking with unleval spots every where, oh those will be next time... 3 months later... Oh I didn't know about those, someone else will be out later... 3 months later... Oh I don't think we are responsible for that... 3 months later... The one year warranty is up and their response " not our problem, have a nice day." This mobile is a piece of JUNK. I have hired an attorney who hired a contractor to estimate the cost of repairs. His cost was $50,000 to repair a mobile we paid $78,000 for. We have been thro their arbitration and are sceduled to go to court this month, (5 years later) and have discovered a TRAP in their contracts. They have made a ridiculious offer, $15,000, and we have been told that if we go to court and do not win more than the amount they have offered, then we will be responsibile for THEIR attorney fees and ALL other costs they have. What a trap. Be sure you read the contract carefully. Do not agree to such a thing. We only have one choice, take the offer, take our chances in court or back out and owe our attorney fees. Buy a Hxxxs of Mxxxt or anything except Nobility. I will post again in 3 weeks and let everyone know what happens in court or before.
