Guardsmen Leather Can not fix chair under waruntee, waited five months for a part that did not work

I purchased $3000 leather sofa and chair with a 100% coverage warrantee from Steinhafels in Kenosha. The motor on the recyliner stopped working In April. I followed the warrantee instructors took a few weeks for a technician to review my chair. I then waited 5 months, during which I called both Guardsmen and Steinhafels and was told only we ordered the part.in September a second technician arrives to fix my chair and the part is obviously for something else. After waiting for five months the part will not even fit into in my chair.

Follow-up call to Steinhafels customer service Bill gives me, Ill look into it. No ther offer provided will not give me any other names or phone numbers to call to speak with anyone on my problem. Reading here and other blogs reveals this must be company policy to compartmentalize complaints and problems so management simply does not have to deal with them. I was a customer for years but no more. I filed a complaint with the State Dept. Of Consumer Protection. I plan to file a small claims case on Monday. I have never worked with a company that does so little to help its customers, other than to make them former customers.
