Sabrina Rhoads charged 9 times for identity theft, fraud and being a theif, was convicted 5 times for ripping off people and banks. I had my identity stolen and luckily the bank went after Sabrina Rhoads otherwise the judge might have dropped it also. Face it Sabrina Rhoads is a theif, scammer and general all around ripoff. Sabrina Rhoads will steal your stuff and claim to "I never saw it". What a liar and theif!
