Lack of service

I had been told on 8/19 our address at 1890 johnson road clarksville tn 37043 we're able to get u verse support. We went on 8/20 and purchased a new pc. Subsequently on monday if they were to setup support. The tech informed us that people couldnt get support. I cant take the computer back and today i'm out $1,150.00 but still no service. I genuinely believe that somethings wrong with this particular. We've men that walk to the moon, online sites to iraq, iran and other foreign countries. And that i stay 6 mile from town and we've no support. Actually dsl thats not right. I'd like for someone to repair my problem and give me some type of solution. Your staff should look at protection ares better. Before this happens to others. I'm an extremely mad girl.
