Do NOT use Jin G. Gao from ERA Aarch Realty at Cottman Avenue. We asked him to find us a good tenant, not only did he not find a good tenant, he found one from HELL (Raymond Cedar - Cement Doctors).

Any RE agent should have been able to see that Raymond Cedar was a problem tenant since we later found out through the Municipal Court's website that there are numerous judgements against this person. Jin Gao obviously did not even bother with a background check and just randomly found someone or worst, he knowingly set this up.
