Shoddy work to say the least

I caught with N&C-All Surfaces to set up laminate floor in my own living room (cellar), such as the steps. The steps were to become the show-piece of the area. The task was finished a week ago and also the quality of craftsmanship is poor. Illustrations: incorrect reductions, the cutting and incorrect joining of stair-nose within the middle of the stair, spaces loaded in with scrap bits of laminate floor within an try to conceal bad design. I reported but was guaranteed that their sub contractor was the best available. They agreed to deliver the sub contractor back again to fix floor he lacked the ability to set up within the first place. The clear answer, N&C-All Surfaces must return atleast 1 / 2 of my MONEY.
