The quality of workmanship is shoddy

I caught with electricity All Surfaces to set up laminate floor in my own living room (cellar), such as the steps. The steps were to become the show-piece of the area. The task was finished a week ago and also the quality of craftsmanship is poor. Illustrations: incorrect reductions, the cutting and incorrect joining of stair-nose within the middle of the stair, spaces loaded in with scrap bits of laminate floor within an try to hide bad design.
