Ripoff Delivered broken chairs, and refuse to fix them

Bought 4 Dining Room Chairs, paid for the delivery and assembly to my 80 year old grandmother as her christmas present. They brought broken chairs, refuse to pick them up and fix them. When I called, they yelled on the phone at me and then proceeded to hang up on me.

They should not be called "Reliable Paramus" but instead "Unreliable Paramus" aka "Broken Chairs R Us". Service sucks and so does the product. Do not give them business. Do not recommend them at all. Be Aware, Stay Away.
