Broken Agreements, not replying to complaints

We have called and complained too many times to count. Most of the time they do not return the phone calls, we have to call over and over in one day before you get someone to talk to you. They have sent someone out different every time, and yet nothing has been repaired, not even one thing. Our house is four years old, we have replaced all the breakers in the box, due to smoldering and almost catching on fire. The slab is cracked on all four corners of our house. The brick is cracking above the windows, sheetrock is cracked all the way across ceilings in Livingroom and bedroom. Outlets are still behind sheetrock in some rooms. Doors are not shutting, they dont stay shut... Airflow from A/C DOESNT RUN in full flow in two rooms, we have window units in those rooms, now. Had leak from cabinet mans mistake, they repaired the leak, but left the hole in sheetrock, coming back to fix, that was four years ago. Still waiting on the shutters to be hung up.
