Horrendous service and product Internet

Had a horrendous experience with Pacific columns.

Sent the wrong color shutters and then gave me a hard time about getting the replacements on time and there was a big delay, causing me to have to cancel my contractor and not have the house ready for an important event.

Customer service (even at manager level) was completely unhelpful. I asked several times to speak to someone higher up and was refused.

Then I got a third set of shutters I'd never ordered and when I called to ask about it, giving them the packing slip number, they had no record of me in the computer. They were unhelpful in that regard as well.

Customer service was repeatedly unresponsive and unhelpful.

The shutters were of shoddy quality—seams did not meet up.

A disaster of an experience with this company—highly recommend staying away.
