Second bad electric powerwasher and no customer service beside chat Internet

Second H2010 powerwasher from HDPowerwasher bought at Home Depot to die (no power). The first I left at the dump and the second one I am not giving up without a fight. No company name, address or phone number. 800 number on machine simply has recording with web address. At web address can only online Chat with India.

I went through their troubleshooting process. Was told a shipping lable would come in 10 business days. A month later and nothing. Sent an email and no response. Got back online with Chat and they made me go through the troublshooting all over again. Bottom line a pronmise to send a shipping label. We will see.

Do not buy an HDPowerwasher electric. I have two friends that had the same problem. Online you can see other unahappy customers with a long list of mechanical problems. I bought a gas powerwasher and should have done it from the start. A good solid Honda engine. Top quality.
