The motto seems to be to charge a lower hourly rate but take longer to complete the repair and charge highly inflated prices for parts. When you meet with him, you'll believe that he's "going to take care of you" but look out.
We asked for documentation on the parts pricing and he sent us an invoice. We disputed and he filed court papers. Mind you, the court papers were filed BEFORE the net 30 terms had been met.
