When I had my home built about 4 years back, these individuals did the pre-treat prior to the pour. The spray was done directly before the pour took place, and no termites should be coming up. However, they have been, and I have been trying to get Gary Beal and Maximum exterminating to come fix their work, which is supposed to be good for a long, long time, not just 2 years.
