Everything you read online about this company is true. There is another report on this Website about Travis Senenfelder but it's under the name Metro Resource Group. Everything the other person said is true. His company will never find you a tenant. I found my own tenant and they were there when it came to collecting the money they were right there. They collected the rent and the security deposit they were suppose to get the funds to me within 3 business days. It took almost 50 days to get the check from them. The check they gave me was no good for my tenants money and her deposit. They spent money that wasn't theirs. Illegal handling of funds. I finally did receive the money in certified funds after another week went by. I am still working with them to get my fee back that I paid them. I just recently recevied yet again another bad check. Two bad checks and bad service is all I ever received from this company. Stay away and beware.
