Ordered 3 rugs from this outfit on July 14th. To date (July 21st) after multiple emails to trendyrugs@aol.com, ruginternational@aol.com - no response. I received a confirmation email saying the rugs would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks, unless I paid for "rush shipping", which I did. Also, on their sites, it says you can 'IM' them via aol at Trendyrug or Ruginternational... Not surprisingly, both names are never "online" despite the disclaimer on the websites of customer service being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

They haven't charged me yet for the transaction - I'm trying to get in touch with them to cancel this order, as I've decided to do business elsewhere. I'm just hoping/praying that a few days or weeks from now the charge ends up going through. Then I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to reverse/cancel the charges. That's aggravation I don't want.

My advice to anyone reading this - don't do business with this outfit. I should have known it was a joke when I found 2 websites that are identical, and both sites have an entry on them that states "summer blowout begins today" and that date changes every single day. The date changes to whatever day it is presently. Originally, it supposedly began on July 14th. I've checked the site multiple times, and each day the sale began on the day that I visited said sites.interesting...

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the owner of this site other than sending the email, which seems futile at best. They don't list a phone number or anything of that sort, which leads me to believe this is a one-man operation. Luckily I haven't been charged yet... I'm hoping it stays that way.
