Ripoff, dishonest, ignores court order to refund my money

I apologize for using the words liars and thieves in response to bernie the ceo's comment to my legitimate complaint which was upheld by the Bucks County Judge who heard the case and RULED IN MY FAVOR.

I do, however, stand by the facts. They did not show for first TWO promised service calls. Poor installment caused the problem.

I went back and forth with this company for months to get the problem resolved.

This company's representative made the arrangement for REPLACEMENT furniture which my ADULT sons picked out with the SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

THEY HAD THE PAPERWORK WITH THEM AND I SPOKE WITH MY SONS AND THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ON THIS COMPANY'S PHONE WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CHOICE WAS COMPLETED AND THIS COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE MADE THE ARRANGEMENTs for this company to come, take out furniture that was put together by this company's people and done poorly so that the damage was caused by their installation.

And it was this company's representative that made the agreement to do the fair value exchange.

THEN, at the literal 11th hour after waiting months and at times taking time off from my job to wait for their people who never showed up the sales person called to say they will not do a fair value exchange - this phone call came at the EXACT moment these people were knocking on my door and I was led to believe through months of phone calls that the fair value exchange would be honored. They are very well practiced at what they do - and that is operate dishonestly among other things.

The judge did send ruling ordering them to pay back and they still have not done so. Not much more that can be said. Buyers Remorse? You betcha. I would never want to do business with any one that operates in this manner.

While my adult sons were in the store making the arrangement with the sales representative months after the promised service calls that resulted in service never showing uphence theis companies agreement for fair value exchange, my sons witnessed another customer SCREAMING at the sales person "OH YES YOU WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!" so it appears I am not the first and will not be the last.

Business as usual for this company. So this is just an update - we were in court last year, the judge ordered bernie the ceo to pay me back and he still has not. Sounds like theft to me. And total disregard for the laws of the county and state he does business in. I understand the operation in New Jersey has pretty much the same lack of ethics.

It's a shame. I work hard for my money. Hate to see someone else throw away their hard earned money on a place like this. Buyer BEWARE
