No customer service, no invoice, no return address except for fulfilloment center. No phone, etc

I sent for a pulley-type appliance to attach to hanging plants. It arrived today. It is advertised to let you pull on the plant and lock it into place for easy watering. None of the 4 pulleys worked. I wish to return the merchandise since it has a 30 day return policy. There was no invoice and no return address on the box except for the fulfillment center. I went to the website and clicked on Customer Service several times - each time I got the same promotional screen and video - but nothing about returning merchandise and no one to contact. The site only lets me purchase another appliance - nothing else.
