Tom Burmester was evicted from his tenancy 36 hours after transferring in. He's terrible hygene (has had roughly 4 bathrooms in four weeks), odors, is filthy, and loves to urinate out windows. Yes, you read that properly. It appears Ben is possibly incontinent or simply a loser (I vote loss). When faced with the home manager he didn't answer the phone call. He's two pets he doesn't take care of. These bad creatures were left for lengthy amounts of time without food or even the capability to make use of the toilet. He also put the homeowners puppy off the sofa therefore his pets might take a seat on it (bear in mind, this person was hiring an area and anything in the home was the homeowners home... Fairly rude to allow your pets rest on somebody elses furniture). Did I note he took a wine bottle and seems to have a significant drinking issue? Perhaps that's why he's to pee out the screen (I still believe he is only a loss). Allegedly, he was committed for 15 years but I've to request... CAN YOU marry somebody who pees out windows, never bathes, and lifestyles on the diet of Taco Bell, vodka, stolen wine, and hot dogs? Nothing about that man is truthful and his "building organization" can not be performing the business enterprise he says it's. The dog owner was informed he (Burmester) had just had 4 times this season by which he didn't have function... I believe he should have intended he just operates 4 times per month since he was usually house, stinking things up. Total scumbag/loss... Avoid hiring to or employing him... If you don't appreciate folks pissing in your home and splitting issues.
