Ripoff Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Federal Bankruptcy Code

I am reporting this company for there abusive and Illegal Collection activities.

This company calls consumers who are in an active Bankruptcy and are trying to collect while the bankruuptcy stay is in effect.

The consumers are clueless that they are violating the Bankruptcy code for the automatic stay.

The Vp of the Company will threaten law suits on the consumers and will not follow thru with the suit it is pure harasement.
