It is simply amazing this guy isnt in jail already just from his general business practices. Scott literally runs and hids from people he owes money to and lies his way out of every situation even when the truth is easier. Not only are his construction practices dangerous but he consistently seems to evade even the most simple quality control techniques and quality standards. It really is disturbing that there are business owners out there like Scott that prey on the uninformed.
