Ripoff! All of the things they cleaned were left dirtier than they were before they were cleaned!

This was my first experince using Kiwi Services. I hired them for carpet and furniture cleaning. All of the things they cleaned were left dirtier than they were before they were cleaned!

First of all, they pour way too much soap onto the carpet. It is known that this method actually ATTRACTS dirt. I witnessed them taking what was left in their spray bottle and dumping it upside down on one area of my carpet. I cannot tell you how dirty that spot is today.

As for the furniture, I couldn't believe what they did for what they charged. They took a solution mixed with water in a spray bottle, sprayed it on my couch, and then brushed it with what essentially looked like a toothbrush. I could have done that!

The person that came out to my house was unprofessional and I was afraid to be in the house alone with him.

Regarding the "almost free" trips to come back to your house for one year to clean again... I will never let those people back into my house. I am going to have to hire another service to fix the mess that Kiwi Services made. Awful!
