Homestar Seach is an operation run on 3225 Wilshire Blvd on the 7th Floor.in room 701 (go down long corridor to back of building, they are on that side).
Firstly, they have pens at their desks and they are dealing with credit card information. That is illegal. Also, their calls are never monitored as they claim and they let their salespeople say whatever they want. I heard Anthony the manager (about 27 years old) tell a customer that he GUARENTEES finding a home. He lied to someone in order to warrent something he cannot offer, let alone want to offer. The program does not work. You will pay the 19.95 (or whatever random amount)... And you will be billed another 60 in a few days, not even 10 like they say. If you have any issues with this company, I am already in the process of working with investigators to help folks get money back. They are really on top of these guys so any day now we'll see when these guys get arrested. Admittedly, not a bad business model to rip people off, but as we all know - what goes around comes around and the few hundred grand they make will pale in comparison to the legal fees and court dates for the next 10 years!
