Not Safe

I had an oil change and tire rotation.
Drove home - one of the tires was missing a "Wheel stud" with lugnut that it comes with. Meaning only 3 of the 4 nuts are holding this tire in place!
NOT SAFE. Called they wanted to charge me $80 to fix it - looked up the part it costs $3. NOT how to run a business - will never go back there again! Go somewhere else!!
