Defective Riding Mower Replacement Promised but Callback Never Happened

SearsCare Senior Case Mgr. (Sahanunta) call me 5/18 to replace defective ride mower 247.28881. She ask me to select another mower and she would call 5/23/11
That did not happen. Sunday I did e-mail to the support site the 3 models I have an interest in.
I need to know the status on this matter. MeasuredUp ID# [removed], email [removed], I will not be home until 4:00 P.M. On 5/24 Tks Paul
