Placed order on-line, does not show you a total just accepts your card, then you can't cancel it

Placed order on-line 05/31 and called immediately to cancel, said it wasn't showing and continue to call back to cancel, then it shows up on my bank account and now they tell me i have to wait and return product and no refund will be given for shipping. They are a scam and I am sure after reading on the complaints the plants I ordered will be dead upon arrival.
