Paid Ahead on Account, Then Charged Again After New Purchase

On May 23rd I went to purchase another fridge, now keep in mind that I already had an account with them I pay my bill faithfully and on time. When I went on May 23rd I had already paid for June which they recd May 19th. But because I purchased an additional fridge I am to pay for June again. So not only did I pay $95.11 for June under the old account and now when they added the fridge they gave me a new account and was told that they took the $95.11 & applied it to the principal. So they want an additional $74.00. When I asked then take the $95.11 deduct the $74 and the difference refund the monies or ask me if I want it to the principal. I was told "no". So watch out I will be also reporting them to BBB... So if you purchase anything with Conn's finish paying first before adding to it for they will rip you off! High way robbery
