We also got ripped off. We ordered online on 4-19 on th reciept it stated 5-7 bus days etc. After a month and no communication I called customer service. It rang blank, I emailed customer service for an update and received a very unprofessional email stating that due to unforseen circumstances we would not receive our product or a refund and it was up to us to contact our bank for a refund. We have filed a complaint with FL BBB and are waiting to hear. We advise you do the same. Your bank refunded you? Anything you can advise we appreciate we are out 800 and our bathroom remains unfinished. Thank you!
