All service workers and contractors beware

To all contractors and service providers in the Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona area, be cautious working for Angela Wilcox in San Tan Valley.

Loooooong story short, she wanted something for nothing. And since I didn't give it too her she tried to reverse her credit card. That didn't work. She went to the BBB, that didn't work. She harassed my office for weeks. She then made a report with the ROC.

She lied, made up stories, etc etc. When I met the ROC at her house to resolve this, it seems there was a line behind me forming to of other contractors waiting to discuss her "issues" with the ROC.

If you insist on doing business with her, I suggest you double your usual margin because she's going to run you through the ringer.
