Platinum pools
Does not honor warranty, deceptive

We were told that our coping and concrete around the pool had a 1 year warranty. Our coping is coming away from our pool, the auto-fill has never worked properly and there are cracks in our concrete.
I called Platinum in Houston after finally finding their number because they closed their Frisco office. I spoke to Wanda, who is over the warranty department, she was very rude and acted like I was lying when I told her I had sspoken to somepne else at a different number I was given for warranty.
I sent them pictures as they (Wanda) asked me to and I received an EMAIL, not a phone call that said it isn't covered. She never offered for anyone to come out & inspect our issues. I even offered to have someone else fix the auto-fill, if she would just send me the part, but her email didn't even mention that problem.

I guess they don't care about people in this area since they closed their office here.
They sure called when they wanted my money to build the pool.
