Poor and delayed service

Obtained preliminary work estimate from merchant on Monday 4-18. No written estimate supplied. Decided on the next Thursday to get rid of four woods and stumps. Was informed stumps might be completed per week later once the gear is hired. On Friday Apr 29th the spouse named and was informed he was "supported" and also the work could be finished by May 5th. On May 9th I named and required all function be achieved on a single time. Was informed the job could be completed on May 19-20. After 6 months of waiting, on May 21st named and terminated the task. Merchant never named people once to describe any setbacks or missed deadlines. When requested the final phone, merely stated "I Have been really hectic and supported". No apoplogies offered or re-discussions provided. Absurd justification for support.
