Towne Brooke Commons apartment homes in Brookfield, Ct are a ripoff... And not for the overpriced poor building structures, or bait and switch they give you upon move-in, but because of the management.

Yes its true they charge you $25 a key and don't give you spares.

Yes its true they don't have enough parking for community members where you are forced to pay for parking at $100 a month.

Yes its true that they have their favorites and will ticket and tow certain cars that park illegally because of the parking issue, but not all of the community members.

But here is why they are scams. Bait and switch. Upon move in they act friendly, like they are a smaller community and care about your living experience. Even encouraging to refer friends, use amenities, etc.

Well they don't pay you for the referral fees they promise, the maintenance enters without permission (which is illegal) and they charge you late fees when you are not late. They also charge you late fees even though their management was the ones to do direct you to do something.

They are strictly a corporation, not a living community. Don't live here — unless you like being in jail.
