Lori Lies and excuses

I ordered a coal stove and paid upfront for it. Was told it would take 3 weeks to get in. That was 9 weeks ago. I was offered a free ton of coal as a company promotion to go with it. For the next 5 weeks was given a time pick up the coal each week and everytime they would call me the morning of and give some excuse why it couldn't be picked up. Then only to find out they didn't even have any coal. Now they keep saying they are going to deliver the coal and the stove on a friday or saturday and every week there is some excuse why they are not coming. So now I have demanded my money back. I have little belief I will get it. They claim my stove is in scarborough, a town about 15 minutes up the road, in their ficticious wharehouse. But when I offer to go there and pick it up, they have all the excuses why they can't do that. These people lie, steel, rip people off and it doesn't bother them one bit.
