Tom Carr President, Sylvia (his assistant) Defamation is against the law Pan American

First let's clarify what the meaning of "defamation" is, it is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. It is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant).

Defamation may be a criminal or civil charge. It encompasses both written statements, known as libel, and spoken statements, called slander.

Now let me tell you, (the public) exactly what happened. I was attending Mt. Sac College and went through a work study program to look for a job. A woman by the name of Michelle Smith who works still at Mt. Sac College today, but in a different department now. Michelle sent me to Pan American Company to work typing invoices. I went to the company met Sylivia who is the head administrator and she showed me what kind of job it was. It was a low paying job only 20 hours a week with crappy accomadations. I had to sit in a broke chair and type these invoices, the office had nothing but snotty gossiping females working there and the mother of all of these bitches, was Sylivia herself (don't know here last name, but I will find out).

The president and person she answers to is Tom Carr his email is tom@panamericaceramics.com Now I don't beleive Mr. Carr knows what happened but he will now. So I was there about a week or two and listened to many bad things that were going on with the women working there. The first of being, this one girl had a small 5 year old child and she admitted to verbally abusing her son calling him "fag" and stating to her friends he was "homosexual" because of the way he behaved, so there for the child walked around mimicking the same language. I am only sorry I didn't call "Child Protective Services" on her. Other bad things happened there but what happened to me was one day another girl working with me, tells me this wild story of how she worked for this woman to meet men, she basically described a "hooker" job she was involved in, just to see my response. It was clear to me then, that Sylvia told this girl I had a misdemeanor on my record for solicitation 10 years ago. I never confronted her, but I left the job went back to Michelle and she told Michelle as well because she had the stupid look on her face and behaved like a bitch to me.

This is against the law and Sylvia has broken the law but now since it has to been so long to file a criminal and civil case against her and her employer. I am going to let the whole world know what kind of cunt she truly is. First I did work in the adult biz for many years and was charged but my charges were dismissed from an illegal set up. However that doesn't give Sylvia or her cunt friends the right to slander me with the school or any job.

She of all people has no right to gossip and lie, considering she f*s her boss just to keep her job for along as she has, maybe someone should let Mr. Carr's wife know what a slut she is and liar.

Her ugliness and nasty behavior has now a negative reflection on the company and now it's time to let the customers of Pan American and the world know, how Pan American Ceramics runs the office and unethical buisness practices. The reputation of any company should not employee people like Sylvia, just because she blows her boss, doesn't give her the right to be the ugly nasty cunt she is to others. Whats the matter Sylvia didn't you get the raise you wanted?
