3rd rate after service, they take your money and and ignore you

I paid $5000 for a bedroom suite, they sent two clowns to deliver and assemble it, the pair of clowns did nothing but complain about thier bad backs etc, they did not have all the required parts to assemble the bed, I had to get two friends to help carry the furniture upstairs.

After many phone calls and many days waiting for delivery, I went and picked up a part myself, only to find a piece of junky metal in an opened box waiting for me, the part was still wrong, and I cannot get the company to return any phone calls. As a foot note, this company is part of Haynes, so be prepared to get the typical trashy Haynes after purchase " Oh well" service. The salesmans name was Aaron Russell.
