This company took 876.15 dollars out of my checking account and then never made delivery on the bedroom set I ordered for my son ripoff

On Jan 4 I placed an order with North Carolina Furniture for a bedroom set for my son. They charged 876.15 to my back card and promised delivery within 3 months. After making several to Russell (my sales agent) I finally called my back to file fraud charges. I was told that this was not possible to do after 3 months.

I figure they quote 3 months knowing I could not file charges with my back and get my money back. I would like to join anyone who is looking into a class action suit against North Carolina Furniture. I feel this kind of practice must be stoped so other people are not caught up in this type of financial mess.

I still have not gotten a bedroom set for my son, because now I can not afford it.
