Ripoff Did I not spend enough money to receive good customer service?

On Jan 1, my husband and I went to value city and purchased a dinning room set and a recliner. After waiting 7 weeks for the chairs they claimed they did not have in stock, we received a phone call stating they were in. We went to pick up the order and the chairs were not there. I had to pay a delivery charge of $60 to the person hired to pick up my order.
Of course I received no furniture. I had received several calls informing me that my order was ready for pick-up. I was furious after waiting all that time only to pay a delivery charge in vain. Never once did I receive a call from management informing me that there was a problem with part of my order and giving me the option to make another selection.instead I was told by a manager named Casey, I should have used their delivery service. This type of treatment is definitely not
good customer service. My total order was $1000. Did I not spend enough money to receive good customer service?
